Joel Heifitz, CEO
Before co-founding Concept Labs in 1995, Joel was CEO of Joy International, a representative of specialty goods for mail order, TV, print and retail channels. In the early days of his career Joel worked with Vern Brunner, Senior V.P of the Walgreen Drug Company, to implement the One Hour Photo program. At Concept Joel guides a corporate culture of openness, innovation and commitment to our customers. His life experiences have emboldened him to embrace opportunity and help people bring their dreams to reality by providing the best team of experts to make them successful.

Adam Lustbader, President
Since appearing in his first direct response commercial in 1972, Adam has helped establish numerous successful national retail brands and direct response rollouts with over $500 million in retail sales. In addition to his ability to identify new trends, Adam excels at finding alternate successful avenues, cross-channels and white space opportunities for his customers. Cinda Carlson, Manager of Quality Systems and Regulatory
Cinda joined Concept Laboratories, Inc. in October of 2009 as Manager of Quality Systems and Regulatory. She received her MS in Chemistry from the Illinois State University and has over 20 years of experience in personal care working for Helene Curtis, Unilever and Technical Concepts, a division of Rubbermaid Commercial Products. As Quality and Regulatory Manager, Cinda works closely with our customers to quickly resolve any quality issues and assures that products, processes, facilities and systems conform to quality standards and governmental regulations. Cinda is a member of the following organizations: American Chemical Society (ACS), Sigma Xi (The Scientific Research Society), Society of Cosmetic Chemists (SCC), American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS) and American Society for Quality (ASQ).
Zoe Weisman, Director of Product Development
Zoe is responsible for the overall strategy for new products and acts as a liaison between R&D and Marketing. She develops new insights and solutions for existing product lines including line extensions, formula enhancements and updated delivery systems. Zoe specializes in raw material sourcing and surveys new trends, ingredients, technologies and packaging components to find the most innovative new angles for our clients. Previously she worked as a copywriter and has an adept understanding of claim substantiation.
